1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and JCTechDS ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide web development, software engineering, and digital consulting services. Specific deliverables will be outlined in your invoice or project proposal/quotation.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work.
• Completion: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion or before the final handover of credentials/files.
• Renewals: Domain and Hosting renewals are charged annually.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final website design and code deployed to your domain. JCTechDS retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Revisions and Maintenance

Our standard packages include a set period for bug fixes post-launch (typically 30 days). Ongoing maintenance, content updates, or new feature requests will be billed separately or under a retainer agreement.
